Lettings Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to replace one of our staff members who are due to go on maternity leave. Letting experience is not required as full training will be given. The candidate will be required to deal with landlords, tenants, organising repairs, ensuring legal certificates are up to date and compliant, tenant applications, referencing, tenancy documents and general office duties.

Key accountabilities

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, daily, weekly and monthly.

Liaising with clients by e-mail, telephone and face to face

Organising repairs

Dealing with contractors, scheduling works

Dealing with tenant applications, credit checks & referencing

Varied administration duties involving working on your own initiative

Ensure that the highest image of the company is projected at all times

Maintaining detailed knowledge of company’s product and services

Required skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good telephone manner

IT literate

Strong communication skills both verbally and written


Ability to think, plan and act proactively


Problem solving skills

Calm under pressurised situations

Salary and benefits

Salary £12.00 per hour

Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am – 12:30pm

Holidays: 14 days per annum.

Must have full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle.
