- Rent Collection – (Typically 8% plus VAT of the rent achieved)
- Let Only Service – (Typically one month’s rent plus VAT of the rent achieved)

Opting for our professional fully managed service provides peace of mind and knowledge that your property investments and tenants are being well looked after. Our let only service and rent collection service also remain popular with landlords.
